Burmese Stir Fry

Need something to make for your next Stir-Friday?*  Try this dish!  The recipe calls for chicken or tofu, and other easy substitutions make this dish gluten-free if you need it.  This dish is made to be spicy, but if you need to take it down a notch, just reduce the number of dried chilis.  You do you! 

I actually just got a wok for my birthday, so I can't wait to make this again with the new kitchen hardware.  Woot!
