Training Plans to Meet Your Needs
Whether it's in person or across the country, there are multiple training options to help you meet your goals in a way that works best with your schedule and budget:
In-person training is great for real-time feedback, cueing and corrections, and allows you to train using all of my available equipment. Listen to your favorite music while you move through dynamic workouts tailored to your needs. Train at JRF HQ or at a location that works best for you!
If in-person sessions don't work, you can always train from the comfort of your own home! Work out via zoom with training customized for your goals and your home workout environment. Receive guidance on form and technique as you move. (Note: Ridiculous filters optional.)
For those who want to maximize their training without breaking the bank. Receive personalized workout routines to perform on your own. Workouts are paired with a 30-minute online session to review exercises and answer any questions you may have before proceeding.
