Details: Class format will include a 10 minute warm up followed by a selection of exercises performed Tabata style - 20s of work followed by 10s of rest for four minutes.
I'll be bringing the tunes as well as some hand sanitizer (just in case!)
Location: Oak Park (park on the street near the intersection of Quinto and Alamar and look for me under the trees)
Time: Thursday, 12pm. If you can, get there a little early so that I can check you in. It will be hard for me to do so once we've started.
Equipment needed: Water, towel. Optional: one weight (dumbbell)
Social Distancing Guidelines:
Please wear a mask before and after class. Masks are optional during class.
Please allow plenty of space between you and your classmates (10 feet or more). You will be moving around in your area, so I want to make sure you're not bumping into anyone!
If you need to pay with cash, please bring exact change.
Registration will be limited to NINE participants. Your spot will not be reserved until you have signed the waiver AND submitted payment.
