Details: Class format will include a 10 minute warm up followed by four four-move circuits, with all bodyweight exercises. We'll focus on cardio moves with a little strength and core thrown in.
I'll be bringing the tunes as well as some hand sanitizer (just in case!)
Location: Tucker's Grove Park (4800 Cathedral Oaks Rd). We will meet at the big grassy area near the front of the park.
Time: Thursday, 12pm. If you can, get there a little early so that I can check you in. It will be hard for me to do so once we've started.
Social Distancing Guidelines:
Please bring water and a towel. We will be doing some moves on the ground, so if you want, bring a mat as well.
Please wear a mask before and after class. Masks are optional during class.
Please allow plenty of space between you and your classmates (10 feet or more). You will be moving around in your area, so I want to make sure you're not bumping into anyone!
