Blistered Shishito and Corn Salad

I scored some nice shishito peppers recently and wanted to try something new.  This recipe hit the spot!  Light but filling, you can serve as a side or on its own for a nice lunch.  (Note:  you can probably swap out the fresh corn for frozen or canned, but if you have the time, fresh is fantastic!)
