About: In this fun and informative workshop, you’ll learn fitness and nutrition tips to make the best out of your menopause experience. We’ll also present takeaways from the recent NAMS (North American Menopause Society) conference in Chicago. And finally, we want to hear from you--this is a time to share YOUR menopause experience and swap tips and advice!
