About: Have you ever wanted to perform your first full pullup or pushup? I’m here for you! In this upper body strength class you’ll learn all you need to reach these milestones, with progressions to help you track your progress along the way! Each class will also feature mobility and strength drills that will activate supporting muscles to promote safe and stable shoulders throughout the journey.
