Glutes and Core Workout in Oak Park- August 3rd, 2021

Let’s focus on your midsection!  This class combines strength and resistance training to target glute and core strength.

 Equipment required:  mat, water, towel

Location: Oak Park (park on the street near the intersection of Quinto and Alamar and look for me under the trees)

 Class drop-in:  $15/person. You can buy tickets here, or pay via Paypal (@mmkrejny) or Venmo (@Megan-Krejny).

 Class policies:

--Reservation is REQUIRED by 10pm prior evening for morning classes, and by 3pm for all afternoon/evening classes.  If no spots are reserved by the cutoff time, class will be canceled and I will not show up!  So please let me know that you’re coming!

--Any cancellations due to weather or other conditions will result in refund.

--COVID policy:  class will be held outdoors.  Students are requested to maintain at least six feet distance during class.  Masks are optional but suggested for those who are unvaccinated.
