About: Speed, agility, quickness and power—it’s not just for athletes! No matter who you are and what you do, we all need good balance, reaction times and quickness to move through and react to your environment. In this class, we’ll perform drills and play games that challenge your body and your mind, all while building mobility, muscle and bone strength. Think of it as “recess for adults!”
