About: In this class, we’ll focus on both active and passive stretching to increase flexibility and maximize range of motion (ROM) for each body joint. Mobility exercises will help you pinpoint tight or limited muscles and address imbalances to both prevent injury and help you move at your best. Finally, we’ll add balance moves to keep you agile while strengthening your core.

Equipment required:  water, towel
