Start your day off right with this 45 minute stretch and mobility routine! We’ll work head to toe with moves to lengthen your muscles and increase range of motion in your joints. Class is open to all skill levels. (45 min)

Class policies:
--Reservation is REQUIRED by 10pm prior evening for morning classes, and by 3pm for all afternoon/evening classes. If no spots are reserved by the cutoff time, class will be canceled and I will not show up! So please let me know that you’re coming!

--COVID policy: class will be held outdoors. Students are requested to maintain at least six feet distance during class. Masks are optional but suggested for those who are unvaccinated.
