About: Each week will feature a full-body strength and mobility workout, with 10-15 minutes focused on one particular area—come for a month and you’ll learn new exercises that will work you head to toe! We’ll conclude each workout with core work. This week’s focus: Knee mobility!
Equipment required: water and towel. Mats are available or you may bring your own.
