Mobility and Strength in Goleta - September 9th, 2021

In this class, the first half will focus on mobility moves to increase range of motion.  The second half will feature a bodyweight strength workout.  This class is perfect for those looking to start a strength training program,  or for those looking for a lighter workout to ease into their day.  (45 min)

Equipment required:  mat, water, towel

Location: Jonny D. Wallis Park (170 S Kellogg Ave, Goleta)

Class drop-in: $15/person. Please pay via Paypal (@mmkrejny) or Venmo (@Megan-Krejny).

Class policies:

--Reservation is REQUIRED by 10pm prior evening for morning classes, and by 3pm for all afternoon/evening classes.  If no spots are reserved by the cutoff time, class will be canceled and I will not show up!  So please let me know that you’re coming!

--Any cancellations due to weather or other conditions will result in refund.

--COVID policy:  class will be held outdoors.  Students are requested to maintain at least six feet distance during class.  Masks are optional but suggested for those who are unvaccinated.
