Let’s get movin’ and groovin’! We’ll start with mobility exercises and build our way to bodyweight strength moves. Exercises can be modified for all skill levels. Class is one hour.
Location: Across the street from Cabrillo Park (look for me to the LEFT of the lifeguard station)
When: Saturday, May 22nd, 9:30am
Cost: $15/person, or bring a friend—two for $20! You can buy tickets here.
Equipment required: water and mat.
