About: HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Work as hard as you can for short intervals with periods of rest in between. After a non-stop cardio warmup, we’ll focus on four strength circuits for 30 seconds a move, with 30s of rest in between. Lather, rinse, repeat!
