About: Get ready to sweat! HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. In this full body cardio workout, you work for as hard as you can for the time allotted, then rest and repeat! We’ll work in either a traditional Tabata format (20s on/10s off) or a circuit format. Exercises can be modified for all levels.

Location: Across the street from Cabrillo Park (look for me to the LEFT of the lifeguard station)
